Field Rental Application

Request field use at 3084 Dees Circle, Sealy, TX 77474. BYSL reviews every request; a field is reserved only after approval and any fee is paid.

Practices

Eligible local teams: eight 1.5-hour practices a month at no charge. Other teams: $75 per 1.5 hours.

Games & scrimmages

$100 per game (1 hour). Lights $40/hour in 15-minute increments; local youth teams are exempt.

BYSL decides local-team eligibility (at least 50% district residents or RISD students and a manager with prior BYSL coaching, management or board experience). BYSL league teams have first scheduling option. Applications renew each January 1.

My team will keep current liability insurance and a sanctioned team roster, and have both with us whenever we use the field.BYSL league teams have first scheduling option, and BYSL decides local-team eligibility and any scheduling conflict.As manager I am responsible for the light key, turning off and locking the lights, cleanup, returning bases and mounds, raking the dirt, following park rules (no alcohol) and any field damage.Submitting this application does not reserve a field. A rental is final only after BYSL approves it and any fee is paid.
